“I’m too unfit.”
Fitness is not an entry requirement. We choose a level that lets you learn and leave feeling capable.
Beginners belong here
No experience, confidence or special kit required. Just a starting point—and a coach who knows how to meet you there.
If you feel nervous
Gyms can feel unfamiliar. Past attempts may have been uncomfortable. You might worry about being watched, getting something wrong or not being able to keep up.
At Find Your Fit, none of those feelings disqualify you. They help Carmel understand how to make your experience better. You will be shown what to do, given time to learn and encouraged to ask as many questions as you need.
You will not be shouted at. You will not be compared. You will not be pushed through pain.
Your barriers, answered
Fitness is not an entry requirement. We choose a level that lets you learn and leave feeling capable.
You don’t need to. Carmel demonstrates, explains and helps you practise each movement.
One-to-one and outdoor options give you space away from a busy commercial gym floor.
We make the plan smaller, more personal and easier to return to after an imperfect week.
The first session
Here’s exactly what your start can look like, so there are fewer unknowns.
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. You do not need specialist kit or to prepare a workout.
Discuss your goals, health information, concerns, routines and what would help you feel comfortable.
If appropriate, explore a few basic movements so Carmel can understand how best to coach you.
You’ll leave knowing your options. There is no pressure to decide on the spot.
What progress looks like
Confidence usually arrives after action, not before it. The plan is designed to make that first action feel safe enough to take.
One small first step
Your first step is just a conversation. Tell Carmel what feels difficult and what you would love to change—no fitness language required.
