Who is responsible
Find Your Fit is operated by Carmel O’Beirne. For privacy questions, email hello@findyourfit.uk.
Contact form
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit the form to, or store it in, a website database. Your email provider and Carmel’s email provider will process the message under their own terms.
Information you may provide
You may choose to send your name, email address, phone number, service interest and message. Please do not send detailed medical records through the form. Health information relevant to safe training can be discussed using an appropriate process before coaching begins.
Why information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, answer questions and, if you become a client, provide the service you request. It is not sold.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Your light or dark colour preference may be stored locally in your browser so the site remembers your choice.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of personal information. Contact Carmel first with any request. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet legal or professional obligations. Reasonable measures should be used to protect records, but no email or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the site adds booking software, analytics, payments or other services that change how information is handled.
